1.      Beverage & Drinks Package Terms & Conditions

1.1.     The following terms apply to drinks packages available on the Electric Barge

1.1.1.  The whole party must take the package.

1.1.2.  Drinks will be served one at a time by the glass.

1.1.3.  Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times.

1.1.4.  We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.

1.1.5.  Packages are time limited. Last orders will be called 30 minutes before the end of the package.

1.2.     The following terms apply to the consumption of all beverages on the Electric Barge

1.2.1.  Only beverages purchased from the venue may be consumed during the event unless otherwise approved by TEB in advance of the trip.

1.2.2.  Corkage fee will apply to any external beverages consumed at the venue.

1.2.3.  TEB retains the right to refuse any external food or drink brought into the Venue by the Client if not agreed in advance.

1.2.4.  We reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.

 

2.      Catering Terms & Conditions

2.1.     Unless previously agreed by TEB, TEB’s Caterers have the exclusive right to provide food at the Venue.

2.2.     TEB will do everything in its power to secure the Client’s preferred Caterer for their Event. All catering options are offered are subject to availability.

2.3.     A deposit may be required to reserve the clients chosen caterer.

2.4.     Any catering or beverage orders should be confirmed and paid 30 days before the Event.

2.5.     If the Client wishes to provide their own food or catering for an event, an admin fee shall apply.

2.5.1.  It is the responsibility of the Client to provide TEB with the necessary Health and Safety documentation for any external catering suppliers at least 14 days prior to the Event. If the Client is unable to provide sufficient documentation, TEB reserves the right to refuse to the external supplier.
